Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), is a part of the process of returning a product to authorized service center in order to receive replacement or repair during the product's warranty period. We offer such service for any customers (Even for products are not purchased from us) to send and return from authorized service center without customer's hesitation on sending and collecting the device to service centers on their own.

Steps for Warranty Claim / RMA
First Step
Be sure your device is still under warranty, send in your device to our location during our working hours.
Second Step
We will proceed to send your device to authorized service center for Warranty / RMA Claim.
Third Step
We will collect your device when we're being informed that your device is ready to collect.
Fourth Step
Customer to be informed when their device is ready to collect from our location.
